Accessibility Statement

Last updated July 2026

ACRDA is committed to making our website and programs accessible to people with disabilities. We believe access to accurate health information should not depend on how you interact with the web.

Standards

We design and build to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate
  • Provide sufficient color contrast in text and interactive elements
  • Support full keyboard navigation across every page
  • Provide meaningful alt text on informative images
  • Include a skip-to-content link at the top of every page
  • Test with screen readers and other assistive technologies

Ongoing work

Accessibility is a continuous process. If you encounter a barrier on our site or in our programs, please tell us so we can fix it.
